Going faaar tooo fast and could not slow down for the corner, which kinda got a lot more scarey as i approached it at speed ![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
It is part of the black route, but this part links two parts of proper "black route stuff", its also part of a shared trail IIRC, 3 offroad motorbikes came down it as we were sorting my mates back wheel.
Basically, used all concentration on the previous rocky downhill technical bits, got onto the easy stuff, then barrelled down hill as fast as i could without thinking and crashed![Lol1](images/smilies/lol1.gif)
Shoulder seams to be healing well, pain seams a bit less, but to be honest, the thing that gave me the most relief was the shoulder stretches/exorcises, they hurt like hell when i do them, but each time i do them, the pain is less afterwards, shoulder is making a few intermittent "cracked knuckle" type of noises though.
Back to work tomorrow, but on light duties till i can get assessed by the physio, been outside today to put all the bike gear back into the garage, bikes rear tyre is flat, must have gotten a slow puncture at some point, i cant get the wheel/tyre off anyway with one hand, so i just left it alone, will have a proper look next week.

Nice to see your progress from huffing a mile to nearly killing yourself on downhill black runs

Yellow bruising is now starting to show itself
although the pain has dropped a fair bit.
Work yesterday on light duties was hard as hell, although the more i work the arm, the better it feels afterwards, i think i just need to constantly keep the shoulder moving to keep the tissue supple.
