Okay thats perfect mate would be happy enough with that as like the idea off high / low boost !! just wonder how it normally works ie.would low boost probably just feel like the car as is just now just now and the high boost option would provide the real power ???
also have been advised that using the rear window demister switch is a common method off using for the high / low boost switching just wonder what I would actually require hardware wise to allow me to switch between the two boost options, anyone able to provide a link to the neccessary hardware required ??

Full throttle and turning on h/s toggles boost level.
Power/boost levels can be choosen at time of mapping

Okay thats great appreciatte that, so would I require any aditional hardware ( engine side ) as such if using the heated rear window switch ??

Some nice high powered ones on here.
My own is a bit lower, at only 370-something bhp, but I'm very happy with the way it drives for now, so not doing any engine stuff until something breaks.
drivetrain mods are:
standard internals 2003 wrx engine
lateral 3 bolt headers
andy forrest 20g turbo
scoobyworld sports cat down pipe (more like decat...)
decat centre section (ppp spec)
resonated 2.5" centre section
ppp backbox
perring 3 port boost solenoid
apexy power fc intake
japspeed (?) fmic
sti pinks
fuelab fpr
walbro 255 pump
turbo blanket
It's ran with various different intercoolers (ab88 fmic to sti tmic to japspeed) and it's been mapped by JGM three times and once by Bob Rawle.
The STI tmic was good for the road on my car, but on track it suffered after a while, and from a standing start it'd be a bit sluggish for the first 1/8 mile
With the latest map it drives almost as well with the FMIC as it did on the TMIC anyway - only downside is some juddering on light throttle changes at motorway cruising speeds.
