I've always fancied going to watch the F1 in Singapore. I think it's great how the cars run along streets with old style colonial buildings which are illuminated for the night.

Has there ever been an organised meet at a grand prix?

I went to Spa this year for the whole weekend, fantastic event, I preferred it to silverstone, however I didn't think the circuit was as visible as it is at silverstone. To see the track you must have a grandstand ticket or climb a tree.

I Won a competition to tour the McLaren paddock/garage and met Lewis & Jenson too

What sort of budget could you do Spa on if you don't mind me asking. I would be driving and camping

Having been to spa, I'd be suprised if it's cheaper than the GB GP. Pretty sure race tickets were in line with Silverstone pricing.

£280 for a 3-day Silverstone ticket in an average grandstand! Only about 2-3 years ago it was £200. It's pricing me out from ever going again, thanks Bernie

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of money would one be looking at to go there?

Went to Silverstone a few years back, that was good but I think monaco would be great, and loud!

Flight about £80 though more expensive as time goes on
Accommadation for 4 (luxury 2-bed,2 bath apt in Villefranche) £250each for 8 days
Hospitality on S/F straight on thursday practice 60 euros inc.
Race tix from 70euros on the hill or 100 euros trackside, 10 ft from the cars at Tabac corner.
Food and drink during race time is also cheaper vthan Silverstone. Easy to get lunch(baguette, drink, fruit) for 4-5 euros.

If you think Silverstone is loud then you ain't heard nothing yet
