Here's an example:
"The ability to give good presentations is crucial to the effective sharing of ideas. However, ability is half the story - you will also need to develop your confidence. No one is doubting that it is a daunting prospect when we first have to present our ideas to a group of people. But this confidence will come with a knowledge of presentation skills and practice."

I'm with 22BUK here; there's no reason why doubt cannot be expressed as a present participle.
Funnily, one of my kids had some homework this weekend and they had to put a few verbs into present and past tense, and also express the present participle. One of the verbs was to know. Just about the only verb i can think of where "he/she is knowing" is invalid except in the most tenuous or contrived circumstances. But we went with "he is knowing?" along with instructions to quiz the teacher under a bright spotlight![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
To the OP, good luck with your search. Tough times.

Roll with it - no such thing as bad publicity. If you want the thread on page 2 by breakfast tomorrow, put people off posting. Like you've just done.

Probably 80% or 90% of the CV's that I see get ripped up due to spelling errors or even worse; the applicant has relied on their spell check software and not had their CV proof read by someone else.

You mentioned Toyota, I very much doubt they will be setting on new workers as only last year they spent a fortune on voluntary redundancies, saying that I hear that work is on the up there so who knows. Any new positions will be on agency ( Very very probably )
But be warned I spent 5 years there and hated every minute of it, very repetitive work, same process every 90 seconds or so !!
Good luck with your search
