The problem is that dog food makers produce food that doesnt make them fart gives solid poo but that doesnt mean it is good for them, look at the ingredients and you can see it is full of generic descriptions like meat derivatives or other products you cant identify that aren't natural for dogs like rice.

As we know from human diet it can take years before health issues show from poor diet e.g. the number of people dying from cancer from not eating enough fruit and veg but no signs were visible until the cancer is to far to treat

I feed my greyhound Wagg complete which I buy in huge sacks at asda for about £10, used to give her Cobbydog which is greyhound specific but it looked pretty boring really.
She is happy with it, she does get left overs as well sometimes, loves cooked vegetables.
Any change in doet will give a dog wind generally speaking.
I also get raw bones (knuckle bones) from the butchers once a week for her to chew on, good for cleaning teeth, works far better than denta sticks and much cheaper too

Location: It's like finding a cocktail sausage, when what you really wanted was a rather large saveloy.

Ella our 3 yr old boxer has been on Burns since she was weaned. Moistened, with either some chicken, which I boil with some garlic or turkey mince.

She has some skin allergy which the vets cant diagnose and rather than keeping her on immune supressant tablets (£5 each!) and potentially causing kidney problems etc, I did some research and she has Biotic Bionic powder on her dinner.

A friend has jst recommened 'fish 4 dogs'. Wonder if anyone on here has any experience of it? DOwnside being fishy breath
