I must admit, my Galaxy S2 did fall out of my pocket and slid a couple of feet face down on a friends drive and it only slightly marked a corner 
And the second day I had it I dropped it face down on my bathroom floor (thin lino floor tiles and concrete underneath) and no damage what-so-ever. I was surprised tbh.

I went from iphone to HTC sensation, looked at the galaxy s2 and the HTC's build quality is far better it by miles. iphone seems easier to use at first but the sensation is far better in my opinion.

im probably gonna get the new samsung nexus depending on contract tariff prices
if not might just get the s2 or htc sensation on a 12 month contract and get the new supposed galaxy s3 later next year

yeah i no that, supposably the s3 may have a 2ghz cpu and 10mp camera
all talk at the minute like, so only time will tell, im due for an upgrade now form my iphone 4 and want to try android out
