Handmade cards. A bit of guidence please.

at work it costs us 4p to print and crease an A5 card. we sell it to the customer at 7p each. - we don't make a profit just covering costs.
We have one woman who gets us to print off 300 Theatre booklets - works out to about £1.40 a book. She sells them at £5.00 each! I'm so in the wrong business.
