Previously we had stock of all materials and thats how we did so many group buys at good prices as we got materials down to minimum and wanted to use them up. The amount of time it takes to make them is still the same however for any less then 5 its not worth setting machinery up. We now have no stock of anything to do harness bars, tube, rose joints or bolts so whatever we need to buy will be at whatever price we can get them at, obviously still as cheap as possible.
Basic ones, coated gloss + crinkle black / white etc il guestimate 160. Postage is 15 quid. This is a vague price but everything needs to be covered.
I dont know how much more work these little bars ontop are to stop your harness' moving about but once your harness' are tight they wont move anyway. There will be an extra cost for those that want these.
Any other colour then black/white/silver/greys will be extra - just blacks cheapest and most stealth. We can have them done any colour you like, including CANDY's which look great however the powder coaters for these finishes is further away, so costs more to take them, pay a higher price for each bespoke colour etc.
This GB will be a lot stricter then previous ones as we will only buy in what we need and once your in, il require payments etc. The sooner i can get accurate numbers the sooner i can go to suppliers and get accurate prices.

A couple of questions -
Do you attach your harnesses around the harness bar instead of fixing them down to anchor points? Are the harness bars strong enough in the event of a track accident doing it this way?
Also, what is rear access like with a harness bar fitted? I have to fit a child seat in the rear of my car. From the photos it looks to be quite good. I could cover with soft padding so I didn't **** his head every time access was needed.

do you think they would be in production by companies such as sparco if they were not safe?
rear access is the same, however common sense says you wont have anyone in the back with one in full stop.

I've got these fitted to my 05 Scoob. And the are brill, I have the harness wrapped around and they don't slip at all. For added protection I have wrapped the bar in a large foam tube. The people that I have had on the back love it cause they have something to hold onto.
