Yes, 2.5 built by Api. Only run it on V-power, and all the "Whiteline" bits were fitted at the same time. Ive fitted thier front and rear strut braces too (more for show than performance) since the pics. Ive got some PFF7`s and Ap 6pots to fit soon and then I will get the geometry re-done. I wasnt happy with who did it last time..

Boost is 1.6 (I think). David at Api may know, or Bob who did the map on the Simtek. The headers, I think, are called the Spec II gen "tubular" type. Again, David could confirm this.
Dont my answers appear vague???

As Big Fud "resurrected" my thread, I may as well do a small update.
Front and rear Whiteline strut braces have been fitted, and I got a set of PFF7`s off Scott at Scoobyspares. Got them dipped and primed,
Then painted them.
Now for some "stupid" reason I left one of them on top of a machine at work. It rolled off and ruined the paint job, so I took them to Ryan at C&K, Leominster (Prodriverules) and he re painted them (much better than my attempt might I add)
Aim to get these on this week, and then Ive got a set of Ap 6 pots at Api ready to fit very soon.
I`m also near completion on the reverse scoop project. Ive got one fitted on my car,
There is one fitted on another car, so I can get some independant feedback regarding quality/looks/etc.
All I need do now is drive the car a bit more

Forgot about this thread, and just seen it again, so i thought I`d do a small update. PFF7`s fitted with Yokohama AD08`s and I got some AP`s supplied and fitted by David at Api.
Harnesses and the Prodrive Kevlar carbon seats were done some time ago, but I realised Ive never posted pics...
Would love some Tein coilovers sometime to finish it off, but its time to enjoy the car now. All Ive got to do is pluck up some courage to get it on a track

You would hate Tein, Unless you have taken a liking to driving around with all your joints separating over every bump AND your eyes out of focus with all the jiggling.
BC coilovers every time and not quite 1/2 the price fitted.

Got the seats off another "scoobynetter", and they wernt cheap, but have you seen the price of them new. Im toying with selling them but I know I`d regret it so I keep putting it off..

Love the seats Cliff, they look great. I wonder if I would fit in them?
The car is looking good, have to agree on the coilovers I've got BC's with the softer spring rate and they're fantastic for the price and give a better than factory ride.

If BC`s did a "auto-adjust" kit from inside the car, then I`d be interested. The whiteline kit Ive got is great and Ive no complaints, but my younger 2 boys both moan about the ride. I may just have to buy a classic and leave it standard..

Cheers Ty. They fit me, 14+st, and my eldest 15+st, so unless your xl-large, you`d be fine.

I don't know anyone who adjusts their suspension settings once they are how they like it. So the ' option ' is a waste of money.
Unless I was doing something wrong [ probably ] The car l had with Tein fitted with the Auto-adjust, defaulted to a preset setting every time the ignition went off. A right PITA. So every time l set off l had to fiddle with the damn control box to get it back where it was tolerable. It was never 'right' it was only ever too hard.............
Most sitting room coffee tables have more compliance than Tein..............
IMO he adds quickly.

Ive always fancied a classic, and I`ve seen a type-r that I might get, leave standard and ferry the younger boys around in that then.
Thanks again David
