my '04 WRX blob was the first car that floated my boat enough to let my old '86 celica die, loved the sound straight away the looks kind of grow on you so now have a classic wagon in red too which i think is gorgeous (sad i know)

I've wanted one since i was about 10, someone went passed me when i was walking to school, heard the burble and asked my mate what the **** it was!
Fell in love with the noise and soon realised the potential with the wrc impreza's! 13 years later i own a blob STi and absolutely love it!

Having owned a Power Engineering turbo converted 2ltr Mondeo I was, back in '99, torn between a new Impreza or a 2nd hand Escort Cossie (similar money at the time) I got the Impreza and after a few initial hiccups, have not regreted it. I do however, regret never owning the Cosworth. I bought my current Sti new in '03

I had a play with a STI out of the toll booth (M25 tunnel) in my old seat Leon 1.6 it didn’t go well so I decided if you can’t beat them join them.

I got my first *cough* Subaru because I wanted an estate car to lug loads that was fast and could also handle snowy Italian mountains. The Legacy fit the bill perfectly.

The current one (GT-B twin turbo) was bought because the previous one (same model) developed a head gasket problem as well as a few other gremlins.
