Peter, as I said to you at the time it was not the wheel repair by APS that was the problem it was the carbon metallic brake pads used in the front calipers. The pitting was caused by the brake dust which had a high metal content being so hot when it landed on the wheel it literally burnt into lacquer.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending Steve @ APS to anyone who requires major wheel refurbishment.

Definite colours that have been discarded :

Green, in any form just doesn't suit a blue car
White, I think my reasons are well known
Orange, I'd love Porsche Racing orange but I think it would have to be on a Porsche

I've more or less settled on a bronze similar to the pic above, should go well with the burnt titanium wheel nuts.
