Understandable.
Would you want one of those episodes behind the wheel?

That's a very good point. Don't muck about with the lathe unless there is someone to supervise you. They are bloody dangerous things when you are healthy.
At least until you get the all clear

Won't be driving, WILL be walking..........up a steep hill, about a mile.
Might be lucky enough to get a lift home, mind, so long as my eldest is around. He goes out almost straight after work Fridays.

Sorry to come over all Gestapo but that is totally unacceptable.

Presuming of course that you have told him.

My dad had a TIA 5 mins before we finish work, failed to say anything then took 1 1/2 hours to drive the hour home. When finally confronted o. The problem he kept missing the junction. Then the wicked step mother let him drive to work the following day. Thankfully he is ok, but he certainly isn't back to pre TIA level.
Glad you see the light and got to the docs.

Doesn't sound like a TIA to me. Never seen one that has been associated with the intense nausea you mentioned. However just because I haven't seen one like that doesn't mean it can't happen of course.
I'll still wager though that it is NOT a TIA or stroke.
Good luck and lets hope they can spot a brain when you have the CT scan

As above, I put the results, which aren't too bad, on another thread.
Thanks for asking.
