Why is this thread still here? Even though there is nothing but good comments from there customers , The title will still appear in search engines and new potential may not even bother actually reading the thread.
This is just not fair in my opinion when they have done nothing wrong.

Why? The OP hasn't slated RCM as such, just stated that he thinks their prices are a bit steep, which in some cases they are.
The only thing that the OP has got wrong, in my opinion, is the thread title.
Like every level headed person has said, people are prepared to pay what RCM charge so it's not like they are ripping anybody off.

I've reviewed this and I agree: The title 'RCM is a disgrace' is misleading given the nature of the complaint the OP is articulating.
I've changed so that it specifically addresses the issue at hand.
The OP is perfectly entitled to his opinion, but one has to be a little circumspect in giving threads a title that might be misconstrued by those just browsing through a list of threads or doing a search on google etc.
