very good time of 10.75, must be the quickest newage with that time more importantly though, not just a one hit wonder, good luck with it

as you say getting those 60ft times to 1.7 - 1.8 or faster will see you into the 10s. have you thought about suspension changes and changing to stickier tyres? do you have full throttle shifts? launch control? how far into 5th are you crossing the line? if you raised the rev limit slightly could get over the line revved out in 4th (i doubt it very much with 500 odd hp). have you tried launching in 2nd gear? i less shift id about 0.25 seconds?
do you think i take my quest for a 10 second run too seriously?

The trouble yesterday was due to the world war 2 airfield surface, I have no doubt that Rics car will run consistent 1.6 - 1.7 60ft times on a prepped drag strip and that this will bring his times down even further.
He is still running virtually full trim too, so with a bit of clever weight reduction a 10 would follow fairly easily.

Lol, mine ran a 10.8 on a stock version 6 5 speed box on R888's running 530bhp on 20% meth. Never broken a shaft but did tear the teeth off of 4th on the dyno one day.
Quick £200 repair and I got another season out of the same box.
