Feels great and quick.
Forgot how heavy the cluch feels to push and how close the gear box is to change gear. Lol. Some people moan about the seats but I think they feel really comfy compared to that C1 I had. But the C1 did do 100 miles to £12. Still rather have my scooby.

splitter,de tango headlights, zunsport grills, genuine pink i badge (the fake ebay jobbies are look rubbish)wr numberplate and fog light covers is the best front end combo.
i used to swap over to fogs in the winter as i used to drive around unlit roads a lot and found the extra lighting handy but always prefered the foglight cover look.
always tried to subtly modify my subarus, never been into stickers and silly exhausts.
is your the narrow track version? i.e no rear wheel arch extensions? mine was a narrow track version so i fitted a hawkeye sti rear bumper and arch extensions, scary job as im a bit **** with my cars so wouldnt bond arches on so i drilled holes in the car and used the oem subaru push clip fittings.
also changed the interior out to a full 05 facelift version with door cards new black sti airbag and even jdm folding mirrors which also had to rewire from the original centre console to the 05 door switch location.. spent too much time effort and money on it but it was a mint example when i was finished
only other mods i did to the bodywork was a ht autos rear diffuser and rear window spoiler(both carbon). and debadge the boot apart from sti badge and replace the S U B A R U badge with a hawkeye centre subaru emblem then dark tint the rear and back windows and a set of mini mud flaps to stop stone chips from scoobyparts(had big ones but really didnt like the look)
i would have fitted a hawkeye window vane though if i found an original one for the right price.
i did refurb my pf7s as they were gold which is a no no on newage cars for me.
that was enough bodywork wise for me as i hate ott mods.
about £1000 pounds worth if i recall.
wr blue blob the best looking impreza ever made
sorry for the thread hijack but i love blobs and spent many happy and a few unhappy modding mine

so that explains the shinyness
the centre console was sprayed by myself with rattle cans no less,
strip off all the electrics etc from the centre console silver parts, wet n dry till smooth, 2 coats of primer, 3 of gloss black and 2 coats of clear.
gives a great finish but take your time and polish afterwards.

i have a subaru of the sti kind, the car was never an everyday car and never used in bad weather and lived under a cover in the garage the rest of the time.

That blob looks great tommy, I love my blob. Had her nearly 6 months now and done a few things, like my window spoiler,
looks like yours. I love your black centre console to but don't think I will go to a 05 interior, but you never know.
I have a few more things lined up, already have Harvey ported headers and matched up pipe, 3 port just waiting to cone off someone's car on here and I have first dibs .
Like the sound of your hawk rear end (wink) but not to sure if I would ever have a go AR that. This is my daily driver but when work needs doing I just use the girlfriends pug.
Same I had to pay my excess as that was some of the money for fitting of my new bits and a remap. Never mind. I'll get there, and im loving it so far.
White rota grids are a must for me but that will be a while.

the hawk rear end is actually quite easy just scary drilling holes but the arches could be bonded on.
the bumper is a straight swap, i am by by no means a mechanic, if you read fitting guides its not too hard.
the interior swap is by far the best mod i did to my car looks wise and it is pretty much a straight swap.
it took me 2 years to do all those mods by the way it wasnt an overnight thing.
you do know the spoiler is supposed to sit in the rubber seal part on the window?
if you look underneath the spoiler(too late now know) it has a ridged part where it sits.
