They always used to witter on about "Pinch an inch" I never was certain what that meant except perhap's how much fat you can see when you take a pinch of your body.

I am trying to lose weight, and it is getting better...slowly! It is hard to do though!

Most accurate method is a DEXA scan http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dual-en...absorptiometry

Sounds like perfect weight for cycling Mart (well, hill climbing to be more precise). My 6'2" 14st frame is less than ideal for this, but decent fitness helps!

Maybe, but no-one will argue with you unless they have their running shoes on!

Not sure about body fat, I know it's average.

I have a sick pack, weight about 95KG and workout about 6 times a week (while my body is able to...).

I eat a lot of fruit now, stay away for **** food until the weekend, enjoy the healthy and unhealthy.

Body fat calculator here :

http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/

For guys its basically a ratio between your weight and waist size. For women it takes into account a couple of other measurements namely hips/wrist/forearm.

I'm currently at 11-12%. I'm 5'10, 30" waist & work out for 2 hours a week doing cardio / weights, and an hour's boxing. Also I don't eat loads of crap, but then I never was a big eater.
