Didn't mean it like that matey! I should be careful how I write things in future if people jump on my dielect that quickly, jeez! Glad your happy with the service! At the end of 2010 we hit our 10 million customer target so now Skys focus is now turned to customer retention, hence why you got the upgrade!

mmmm that's not right then! Is there deffo a cat5 cable going from your HD box to your Sky router? If so give them a call as something's amiss! Obviously Anytime+ is free so when you look at the bigger picture you do get a lot for your money, especially when you bring Sky Go/player, remote record and My Sky Rewards into the equation!

They charged me £15 more for the box then quoted on the phone 
. Then delivery was quoted at 3-5 days it took 4 weeks after 3-4 calls over 15 minutes in length. when asked what happen they said problems with my address as they had tried to deliver it. No card through the door and no problems with any deliveries promised a call back did not get the call back called back same problem again with apparent delivery address promised a call back to explain nothing . Called back again to as where it was after a week said delivery issues again no card and no call back so I called back that day and was told nothing they can do as order placed so would have to wait another week but did get my call back 
turned up 5 days later and all I got was the over charge credited to my account and the 4weeks I went without the service. worst service I have had with sky. And you say they are working on customer retention 
They have the better product by a long way and use that to there advantage as they know you won't walk

Well after a looong wait - I finally succumbed to to Sky+HD - have been a bog std SD customer for many a year - so getting free HD box, plus free install, plus £100 of MS Vouchers
- all for an extra £10 per month - so in effect first year pretty much free.... no brainer really

I wish I could! Even I don't have one yet! I get my subscription free but have to buy my boxes, I take it you lot missed my thread a couple of weeks ago in the general forum, I was giving out 12 months half price subs with free box and installation! About 14 Subaru owners are now very happy Sky customers!
