I've been looking through the manual, and I'm assuming (hoping) that an aftermarket non-airbag steering wheel won't be a fail as long as the airbag light doesn't illuminate permanently thereby indicating a fault.

The bit that worries me is the need to test the drivers seat adjustment - I have fixed bucket seats that simply do not adjust and any aftermarket adjustment set up would introduce a weak link (the ability for the wife to reach the pedals); is it a case of if it exists it must lock but if it's not there no test required or do I now need to fit sliders

Going to be good fun next years mot, mine not due till June so hopefully will get some clearer info by then, but my jdm has hid lights with no washers or levelling, however reading the manual states they must work if fitted so hoping will be ok, I sold a set of uk headlights last year, wish I had kept them now

I'm confident that they'll be fine
