I spent 2 hours on the phone/facebook to Jimmy last night and he's told me everything about the situation.
How you can post up defending Emma is beyond me.
ALL the members had to pay money into HER bank account
ALL the texts/correspondence come from HER phone, email and facebook
Luke has not replied, rang, text, emailed or explained any part of his actions, EVERY lie that has been recorded is from EMMA!
When you say that theres "more to this than meets the eye" you're not kidding.
Wake up and smell the coffee, EVERYONE has been scammed by EMMA AND LUKE

Looks to me like Sonic was posting here there and everywhere to make it look like he was 'one of us' with such a high post count. As for this 'Emma' (wouldn't be suprised if it's not her real name), looks like she's just as much of a con artist imo. I hope the police deal with them accordingly and all parties get their hard-earned back

Points taken and you'll notice I've said this earlier one today. So is it a case of scamming those who don't do business face to face?

I've recently sold my Skyline through Skylineowners forum. The guy that bought it and I didn't realise this until after I had agreed the sale with him, lives in Germany. At first I thought bollox I'm going to get scammed here but it all turned out just fine. He sent me a deposit of £500 which landed in my account within 3 days followed by the remaining £x000 a week later as agreed. I then had to wait another week before the transport company came and collected the car. The buyer didn't even see the car until it was delivered to him about a week after that and he immediately emailed me thanking me and to confirm the car was exactly as described.
Quite a few Skylines are being bought/sold abroad this way without any problems, so its a bit of a fukcer it can't happen without all this grief over a couple of counties.
And whilst I agree to a certain extent with COB's thoughts I'm pretty sure I would be knocking on somebody's door but without broadcasting it all over here. On the face of it it appears these two are systematically scamming people that they believe are too decent to fight fire with fire.
I hope you guys get your goods or money back.

IMO anyone that takes money or even borrows and doesn't either pay it back or deliver the goods are rotton to the core. Too many dishonest people about who take advantage of genuine nice guys

If so, DamotypeR might have your cash. No way of proving and no way Damo could have known but might be a link to where the cash has gone?
