I wouldnt post up what day or time mate, just gather some interest in paying him a visit, get everyone together then pop round, or alternatively as a "representative" to go for you.
I have a "collector" who deals with anyone I have financial problems with, his brother sometimes goes with him but he's got a strange fetish for setting fire to things and sometimes it gets messy. Its amazing how fast people can find money when they can smell petrol.

I'd end up spending more money than i'm owed trying to get up there! Assuming i still hear nothing back from him tomorrow, i'll be making some phone calls myself. Its not a lot that i'm owed in the grand scheme of things but this close to christmas i can't do to lose £150 and then spend the same again!!

The Account under Investigation is a warning to all users on the forum that the person is being looked into and that they should be wary of them.
Since the account status was changed he has not been in touch with the Web Team (I did receive PMs previously) and he is allowed to sign in and see his PMs.
Nothing is stopping him from contacting people.

For those interested in the legal route i spoke to plod this afternoon and they asked if you could contact them direct (your regional police force who will then make enquiries with the Manchester side plod and so on so forth).
I know it seems like a lot of effort however people like this must be stopped and by not doing anything you are allowing him to get away with it which means he will try to scam more people until eventually he scams someone who isn't so nice and gets a good bite of karma where the sun don't shine. Which in the grand scheme of things is a good thing but doesn't really get us what we want though
