Apparently she refunded from her own monies seperate from Luke or something. It takes four working days for their bank to transfer over anyhow.

Almost all UK banks now use Faster Payments, takes two hours.

I see what you are saying, as it takes 4 working days plus the weekend so they could have effectively bought themselves 6 days.

What bothers me, and i'm trying to remain as impartial as possible, is that there shouldn't be any issues refunding people as any decent person wouldn't spend the money until the package has been delivered, so they should still have your money in the bank.

Edit - Actually the upper limit for faster payment seems to be £1000 so if they have paid it will still take approx 4 days for me to get my money but all others should get it a lot sooner (ie - tomorrow). This is IF a transfer was made.

That's a bit mean - most banks are £10,000 which is where anti-money laundering kicks in.

If it does use FP - the money shows up in 2 hours, day or night.

In my experience people who swear on their kids life are usually lying. Why would you take a false oath on something as sacred as a bairn's life?!
I was willing to give them the benefit of doubt following COB's intervention but I'm struggling now.

I've put it down to a bad experience. Just hope I've learnt my lesson and everyone else. I purchased two items last night from here,both I paid via PayPal,dont know if it makes a difference....I hate to say it but a purchased something last Tuesday off a newbie who has been selling lots of stuff and that hasn't turned up yet,I pm'd him and he gave me a tracking number but showed "collected" and that's it !!!!

im not sure i could let £1100 go so easily, maybe £120 but that would be hard to take.

not suggesting violence of any sort but as there are a few members owed money a face to face discussion with sonic would solve any problems surely,especially as his address etc are known.

why not all get together and pop round to collect items owed or money, everyone owed contact him and give him a deadline to deliver on promises and if nothing happens organise a face to face chat with all people concerned.

scammers ruin it for the honest sellers i personally have only bought and sold a few things (trader score 7) but would never dream of stealing someone's money,but these people are ruining for the honest traders making people use ebay and there expensive fees.

I also think it's hilarious that he's not man enough to actually message anyone, he has to get his pregnant (ex?)girlfriend to do it. She has involved herself by taking the payments, but he is the one who instigated all the sales in the first place.

surely he must realise ripping someone off £1100 will bring some sort of comeback especially as his appearance and address is known to the person.

openly spending the money he has scammed is a proper p!ss take though,

i think maybe he is buying cars with the money he has scammed hoping to get parts he has pre sold to memberrs to make a bit of money.

As you bluntly lied to me yesterday I've no choice to pass this debt you/Luke scammed me out of,it would be advisable to get Luke to turn his phone on as the company are trying to contact him. I've given you enough chances now the debt is with this rather nice collection company. PS,call who ever you like,I've LEGALLY passed the debt over,just google who they are. Good luck !!! I'm owed £150. I will be following this up until i get my money back or at least until something useful is done by the police. How dare someone take my money!! This person is probably already claiming all the benefits under the sun which i also pay for!

agreed but i dont think anyone is suggesting violence, but by ripping people off and constantly fobbing people off with lies of refunds and postage you are running the risk of angry people arriving at your door.

hopefully there is a good explanation and all monies and goods are sorted.

as he was a troll on here of late he must have seen this thread so a reply would possibly help.
