Some very good offers of 3" exhausts on here.
I take it Jay your going to break it then? Thats a shame
As for the induction, I have also heard mixed responses in the past, and the way I have learned to accept it is to listen to your mapper.
400bhp for me was the threshold, but as I went from TMIC with Japspeed induction inner wing at 413bhp, to FMIC with the Japspeed induction (modified) reduced to engine bay with cold air feed with meth map I cant comment on whether the airbox was going to hold me back.
However when I was going with the 2.0 STI with GT30 with the right supporting mods it seemed logical that at some point the intake was going to become restrictive, and as you need to peel back the inner arch liner to remove the resonator/snorkus (as mentioned above) I may aswell at this point (wheel off, arch line peeled back, car on axel stands) fit a CAI to save the job being repeated later down the line.
So if your thinking your going beyond 400bhp in the future, yes weigh the numbers up and do some homework from the boys that know, but equally speak to your mapper as he should know
