her cars are a vectra b and mitsubushi fto both of which are screwed. Ive told her shes got 2 weeks to mmove them otherwise there on the street. Shes asking me if we can still be friends. Yea like f%&k you sleep with my mate for a year n wanna be friends.

Why is it I'm thinking whatever advice offered here will fall on deaf ears. Clearly drama queens the pair of you.
Even though she has no comeback on you where the phone is concerned, if it is in her name, it was still bought for your use, so why not just take it back, use it and pay for it, like a grown-up? I mean, if you don't need it any longer it was still bought for you, either with your input or as a present. If the latter then she only has herself to blame. If the former then own up to your responsibilities, simple. Just walking away leaving her with the bill is cnunt'ish.

As for the vehicles, arrange for her to pick them up, also simple.
