So, if i read this right, your bird is knobing your mate, you find out, argue, she leaves taking the phone she bought as a present for you, and you continue to be nice to her after she moves out, letting her store her bangers at your gaf because the poor lass has got nowhere to store them herself.
MY GOD, no wonder she started banging your mates, you got no ***** or spine.
Grow a set mate, because you sound like a right pu$$y...
I'd pop round to said mate and bang the tw@t out for starters, then grab the b1tch by the hair and tell her if she don't move the cars tomorrow her and her new boyfriend will be getting burried in them..........
And yeh i'm a keyboard warrior

Get a trolley jack under the cars, pull them out from the garage and dump on the road, notify DVLA, sorted

I'm gutted that this thread wasn't like the last scooby girlfriend advice thread:
i.e gf leaves me. sleeps next to new bloke, but doesn't sleep with him.
I believe her and want her back.
my how we all gave such great advice: principally about how the poor lad could earn his brown wings
as for 2 cars in garage nonsense. Grow a pair mate and send her and car on their way.

Hahaha love the comments from some of you guys.
i dont have no pics as we never got that close. Ive just got home from work and shes been at home as she wanted to sort this out.
her cars are a vectra b and mitsubushi fto both of which are screwed. Ive told her shes got 2 weeks to mmove them otherwise there on the street. Shes asking me if we can still be friends. Yea like f%&k you sleep with my mate for a year n wanna be friends.
Shes admitted she thinks she might have treated me badly and can i forgive her???????
hmmmmmm no!!!!! pmsl
she has full access to the cars as well as the garage so its her choice what to do.

Hello all
Me and emma my ex girlfriend split up a few months ago now and its quite a messy break up. She left 2 of her cars in my garage as there both un insured taxed and mot'd. As she dont have no where to store them I said she can leave them there as long as she needs to.
Back in July 2010 emma took out a mobile phone contract for me. I have returned her phone and SIM card to her before we split up.
Emma sent me a text earlier saying that unless she gets her cars back she will take me to court and claim the money back even thou she has the car keys.
WIth the phone bill as stated she already has this back in her possession. But she's told me I have to pay for it even thou she's taken it back
Where do i stand legally?
Cheers all

Are you not allowing her to take her cars or does she just think you are.
It is quite reasonable that you should pay for any phone calls that you made on that phone.
Tell her that she is at liberty to take her cars if she makes an arrangement when to collect them.
Pay off the phone calls that you made.
It should then all be settled and the problem should go away surely!

I lost interest in the thread when I realised it's Scooby Big Al, rather than Scooby Bi Gal.
Put all of her contact in to a diary, keep all text messages she sends you, send her none in reply. You'll need that evidence when she has you nicked for domestic violence.

ex girlfriend trouble
Hey everybody
i need some advice. im pretty sure of the answer but i judt need some ovr views and opninions
me n my ex split up however we remained friends. im currently looking after two of her cars in my garage so i have both sets of keys. ive always told emma that her keys are here when ever she wants them. She phoned me up and told me that shes getting solicitors involved to get her cars back. So as in good faith ive been looking after her cars and shes getting the solicitors involved ive told her if thats the case ill drop your keys off round yours and your cars will be left outside on the road bearing in mind neither car has tax mot insurance. Is anything gonna be able to come back to me as ive put them there or should i just report her cars abondened on my property
cheers all

You will have to clear up the position for us.

Click 'User CP' in the yellow bar at the top of the page
Then click 'Edit options' in the left hand menu
Scroll down until you see this:
Make sure everything is set as circled in the picture above
Then scroll down and click 'save changes' at the very bottom of the page
You will now be able to see every thread you have ever created whilst searching.

Shame you dont have the V5's in your possession, you could quite easily say to her, drop the claim for the phone money or she will lose the cars. She wouldn't have a leg to stand on if they are in your name.
Other than that, contact the company the contract is with and tell them you have nothing to do with the phone anymore, that way if she tries to take you to court, it will show on the records that she is souly responsable for the contract and she would look a right idiot.
But wasn't there something floating around a few eeks back saying you HAVE to have a car insured, even if it's not on the road, she be screwed if you told the appropraite peeps that she had 2 cars un-insured.
To be honest mate, there is soooooo much ammo you could get against her that it would be a waste of her time and money.
