I've marked everything with an ultra violet marker pen, I know what you apple crunching scrumpy drinkers are like.

I have been thinking long and hard over the past week and truthfully as much it pains me I may be bringing the project to a draw if work demands do not change as I can't even get to look at my car let alone work on it and it is really beginning to frustrate me.

Ryan, my car was off the road for two years, saving up, getting parts and having it built. I think Frayz's was that kind of time too, and I'm sure there are many many more cars that have taken an age to finish. Work comes first but I think your "spot-on" about having the car as an advert of your trade. Take your time and let it take as long as it takes. Don't let it get you down mate...

My car was out of action for over 3 years. Big builds built with real world budgets don't happen over night.
Look at RCMs budget and the Gobstopper 2 has been in build for approx 2 years.
When you aim high, rushing is not an option.
Rome wasn't built in a day matey

Thanks guys it's nice to have some moral support, these's big builds are a real up and down cycle,it was only last weekend I was on top of the world after picking up my 6 speed setup but with all these's parts sitting around just staring at me I can't help feeling down not being able to just get on with it.
It doesn't help when I am doing so much work on members cars making there Impreza's look great and then looking back over at my old girl sat in the corner gathering dust and looking quite frankly sh!te at the moment

I completely understand where you're coming from Ryan. You need inspiration to keep you thinking to the future rather than the here and now. Is there any way of getting an hour or so to just do, fit or clean even the smallest item?. Do you get to drive your customers cars at all?.

I drive most of the cars yes, when you strip a car right down you need to be sure there isn't any issue's before handing them back

You're on that bloody internet again, when you could be working on your car!!!
Just playing Ryan, people that graft need rest time.
If you weren't 262 miles away, I'd happily pop round for a few hours a day this week to help with mechanical stuff.

I have perked myself up though about the job and it's defo a go and i have just today confirmed go ahead on a custom intercooler/radiator combo which will be fookin sick!!
Oh and your key is due back tomorrow as well mate
