£500 is a good price but be careful with "good" prices.Seems too cheap to me,but hopefully he has priced it well to get the work,not priced it to cover it up for a few yrs,but if you dont own it that long, who cares i guess.(i know you say he`s well known, but has he done many impreza arches ?)

when i owned old classics i was told the only way to stop the arches rotting was to cut out and replace which is and expensive time consuming job.
make sure he is not just doing a cover up job as they rot inside to out and can be extensive on the inside of the arch and not too bad on the outside i.e just look like a bit of surface rust.

lol, trust me guys, the stress is doing my nut in!
All i'm trying to do is guide him on the path to Impreza wonderment but he keeps straying off it and getting crap advice from people. Next thing you know he breaks out in a cold sweat, rings me all confuggled and starts spending ££ on stuff he doesnt need.
If he posted all the questions on here that he asks me, you lot would want to knock him out more than I do!

In The Hamster's deffence I am a total nightmare,I know nothing about cars,and what I do know isn't worth knowing ! Yes I was a **** when I came on here,but in MY deffence I was wound up etc...I am here to play with the cars and have a crack along the way ! I have met up with him and he has helped me along the way...Which I thank him for ! I have been sent on a merry dance by some members,saying I need xy and z,and guess who they say I need to by the said parts from,THEM !!
