has your keyboard warrior carer let you loose on the forum on your own now??
tbh jimmy i dont know why you are getting upset, your previous cars were a bit of a joke but this one on the other hand is an excellent sought after model and better still you swapped it for one of those midlife crisis mobiles.
you have spoken to previous owners and had it checked so you should be the happiest bloke in the world right now.
if the deal was a straight forward swap i would get a lottery ticket this weekend as its your lucky week.

yawn.
is it cornflake time.
do you get paid for going on this forum jimmy as you dont seem to do anything else?
did you actually speak to anyone in the world before you became a member of this forum?
my guess is you only buy scoobys so you have someone to talk too.

being a subaru owner for 9 years now and several different versions, you have 3 basic category's the owners fall into.
1.
young boy racer types with wr stickers silly exhausts and vta dump valves.
2.
recently divorced mid life crisis types, wife just booted them out and they rent a room from a friend etc. have little spare cash but get an impreza as they think it will make them look cool and attract women although they cant afford to drive it anyway.
3.
subaru enthusiast, have had the same car for a long time and mod it properly and research the parts etc needed to do it well. generally married with kids and use as a second car.
no idea which you are jimmy but im sure most people would take a wild guess

Do I REALLY need to tell adults that if you find someone objectionable, just ignore them.
Sick and tired of getting RTMS from people complaining about abusive conduct between certain individuals and then having to spend ages trimming a thread.
So let me make this clear. If I see ANY more abusive messages from the culprits in this thread, people will be taking a holiday from SN.
I don't care what your beef is or who started it. I'm telling you it ends now!

Erm either you are lying or you are mistaken: All that you have is 2 expired infraction points. Unless you have been using an alias which is against forum rules (I'll have to go and check now, as your main account should be infracted for it, and it hasn't)
Jimmyinrugby is currently on 2 current infraction points (and a number of expired ones) and HAS previously been banned for a short period due to totting them up.
I reopened this thread to give it a chance, but the usual lot just can't learn to use the ignore feature. And if facts are going to be miscontrued as per above, then I may as well put them straight and end it here and now.
So sorry popcorn eaters: Locked.
Edit sorry Paul; I've had enough of this crap too! I agree though: Why do people keep following around people they obviosuly don't like and take issue with?

****Edit/update****
It appears that simonRF was indeed banned for a week. However it transpires that this was done because of him ignoring moderator requests by me (seen here: https://www.scoobynet.com/showpost.p...postcount=1140) and in infractions given to him. Therefore he was banned for ignoring repeated moderator requests to stop following around and insulting other members of whom he obviously has a problem with. The immature behaviour and responses probably also worked against his favour.
Unfortunately it was mistakenly not logged so this error has led me to assume no ban was given. So I apologise for this mistake and the above accusation, however this does not justify a user's behaviour that resulted in the ban. And as already advised by the webteam, this attitude still needs to change.
Regards ALi-B
