HID conversion is it worth it.

I am a little worried and have a jdm with factory hid lights but no washers or auto level, not easy to retrofit and expensive to fit uk lights for mot, hopefully will find a way round it as my mot due in June.

Mine went in today and was told that as no washers were fitted that these could not be tested, the levelling system is the electric one with four place settings and this worked so ok, it manual adjustment then once again it's not fitted so you'll be ok

I had an HID aftermarket 4300 kit. Yes it seemed better, yes it seemed brighter but got fed up of the ballasts blowing.
Went and bought some Halfrauds Ultra Bright Performance (2 for 1) and they are just as good and you have a proper beam pattern. Not bothered about the lights being left on when I turn the ignition off.
