My bro ran a 13.41 at 107.6 stage 3 (slow time I know)

Best I saw was Martin Hadlands 11.4 @ 122.something

my best is 13.04 seconds at 104mph and i have a habbit of breaking diffs 4th this year through Launching

Peccy, weren't you supposed to race me in my standard 92 UK spec Impreza sport? Too bad it was raining or we could've done our bet for um, 100 quid.

I was also flashed by a pretty young lady with a red WRX on my way out in search of the elusive petrol station. By the time I got back from refuelling, everyone but Peccy has left...

Heh, I've also got a pic of your car from a distance while I was driving off home. We had to take your car's picture because my mate didn't want to make it too obvious that he was taking pictures of the same girl over and over again. She's the girl racer with the purple car.

Oh well, teenagers and their hormones eh? At least I'm keeping him out of trouble like I promised his stepdad (good mate and personal mechanic) who's stuck in the hospital for the moment...

saw you diving about. I was with astraboy what cr*p weather [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] I was disapointed to only get 1 run up the strip in astraboys cossie met a few scoobynet people though clairebabes, davyboy, gossythevaleter, POC & taviars.

 

Hehe Paul, did you find out who the cute girl (was apart from Clare) in a red scooby? She came in pretty late.

the £15 was re-fundable, or part-refundable depending on how many runs you had.

ill be back down for the GTI Festival on 9th June or the Street Racer Sunday on 16th June, depending on the weather!

I did have a go at the strip. Unfortunately by the time Peccy told me that it was refundablem, the office was closed.

did you go to the tower top office for a refund? we stopped while about 5ish, there were a few cars having a 1/4mile duel in the queue road late on! and i managed to sneak into the redline VIP bit for a bit of a photo shoot

I don't know my times as I never did get to meet those people in the tower. I wished I waited a bit longer as Peccy did. So tell me Peccy, did you get to speak to that Redline blonde by any chance?

edit ~ probably left around 3'ish. I asked one of them people if they were going to have another few runs but when they said no, I felt that my day was done then..

my mates saw your time, they said 17.something, thats when we figured it wasnt a turbo did you have mechanical probs too?

 

Shut up!! I couldn't get into third for crissakes. It took me several attempts just to unjam it from the dent on the plate. It seems that I was a bit too rough with her on the way there. Oh well, managed to fix her though so we'll see how I do on Sunday.

It gets worse Peccy, I've got a Jap WRX with Dawes installed!!
