Just reading this thread and am a little confused.

Are you saying that in Japan any car that is over 10 years old can not be used on the roads ???

It's not that their not allowed ,i think its more a case of how much money its costs to get their equivalent of an mot on an old car. They do have old classics in japan. Lots of old mini's and old Lotus's got shipped out to japan. There like a status symbol there.

let off loads of the flairs, they are rubbish, just like a big roman candle, more smoke than fire.
