Had a good look at the sills today with my new endoscope camera and they are fine, real good poke around via the vent things int e back of the door apeture and they are solid, just grey paint in there, miniscule bit of surface rust about 20p sized was the worst I saw on the NS but I saw that when I bought it, so, not worried about it now and the £1000 a side thing. The USB camera is great, got about 18 inches down into the sill and could see a bit further, not all the way down but it looked the same all the way down, no rust showing on the outside, well worth buying one if you are going to look at a 944 but probably best to do it before you buy it, bit after.

Used it to trace a coolant leak on my mums car today as well, it has already paid for itself.

Is that it?

Looks like a piece of rolled belly pork I had last night

Now that you've got a feel for your Pork, the RS day is at Oulton Park on 9th March - all welcome (although the track time is full) but passenger rides with a donation to the chosen chariddy are available.

Good day to see plenty of great Porsche RS's, new and old, banging round the track.

[quote= not saying all modern cars are boring and old ones are wonderful but the oldies have an edge to them that a lot of moderns have had dialed out, that leaves you like a Benson and Hedges smoker trying to smoke a Silk Cut light.[/quote]

One of the best motoring comments I have seen for some time and so very true.

Nice new car by the way.
