2.who really cares? I have 6 positive feedback and all transaction were quick payment+delivery/collection.
It's not pointless though as I bet others share the same opinion that a thread like this is a storm within a teacup and you've made yourself look a drama queen and stupid all in one go.
Good for you on your 6 positive feedback - heaven help if someone ever makes a genuine error against you again. Saying that if you sell to a blind person they'll never know as you seem incapable of using a telephone and would rather **** and moan on the internet.
I like how you are handling the negative comments neilwrx, most people would have started getting all loud and swearing lol.

Its a forum so people are entitled to opinions not point getting upset about themlife is to short and it just ruins the forum and thank you for your positive post.
Hmmm I think you should have phoned them first, given them a chance to explain to you the problem with delivery and if it dragged on for a few weeks you could have then had a public discussion about them!

Helps if people read! Due to my work commiments I cant call them when they are open.I have to make special arrange to make personal calls.And they did make a mistake not to forget so bout time you guys gave me a break!!!!!!!!
