No. The centre pipe is just fed straight past the tail pipe. Used them regularly in the past without any problems.

Guy's, as the numbers are still increasing for this event, I'll hold off for another week to see what the tally comes goes upto.

As Jimbob has said previously, so that all members who are taking cars can get in for free, we could create 2 club names that could be West Wales scooby's and South Wales Scooby's a like which we also have a choice on the booking form that you can park next to each other within Castle coombe area.

All we would need is for someone else to register the other club name.

Everyone up for that ?

If we have the 2 club stands, you wont need to pay anyone £8, tickets come free.

You can trailer the car there as that's what I'm doing myself. The booking condition form states any trailer taken must be parked within the allocated area, I'm waiting on confirmation from CC as I don't know if the allocated area means our club area or an area that they have deemed as a trailer area within the grounds somewhere.

Free tickets sounds good If you could let me know on the trailer situation I would appreciate it very much. Thanks

No worries mate, I'll let you know Monday.

Just been browsing from last years event, they did have a dedicated area for trailers behind the college area by Camp corner but I'll get this confirmed if they are doing this again.

Does SWS have liability insurance??
They do seem overly keen for all stand organisers to have Liability insurance.

So do we or not?

Do you think we will need 2 areas as you can guarantee a load of people won't make it by the time it comes around :-)

The two areas mean no one has to pay, if we don`t use all the area available its not a massive problem as we`d leave the room to be used by others.

JIMBOB, what have you called the other club so I can let Castle coombe know.

Then we can split the names on the list between the 2 different area's.

cheers

All i've spoken to castle coombe today, anyone wishing to take part on track must be paid in one go when booking the club stand.

Now i've also found out, apparently space for this event is running out fast and so with that in mind, i'll be booking trackday and the club stand wednesday.

Anyone wanting to go on track, please pm me so i can take your details of the car, no. Of sessions, morning or afternoon preffered and so on and so on. I will be asking for payment upfront for the track time required which can be paid by paypal as i have to pay this on my own card when booking the stand.

Hope thats all okay.

Well I've already told Maria at Castle Coombe its South Wales Scoobys on my initial email to them last week.

If your going to book another stand under a name for eg. West Wales scoobys, yes you'll have to complete the booking form under your details and they'll send the tickets to your address.
