I have a mini Bluetooth adapter that needs long nosed pliers to get out, will it drain the battery if I leave it plugged in?

I would say it will drain battery , though I left mine in by accident for three days and it didn't effect anything.

My first two ELM327's failed, just received a 3rd and this one won't work from the off

I'm thinking of just ditching using Torque Pro.

At that time the JDM model cars were not OBD II compliant, I think only the later JDM cars from the Blobeye were compliant.

I know as my first Bugeye STi S202 would not connect to my OBD VI Monitor.

I have Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, some ebay sellers list the Bluetooth adapter as not compatible with Samsung so I don't even know what the issue is. Car, adapter or phone.

Looking like faulty adapters then. They weren't that cheap either. £15 and £10, the latest has a on off switch but I've since found out reading amazon reviews that the switch only knocks the bluetooth signal off.

Cheap Chinese rubbish.

Cheers, but I think I'm going to try one of the more common £6/7 jobbies thast a few folks have linked to on here. Maybe the cheaper ones are less fragile.

FOR ALL IPHONE USERS, search the App Store for DashCommand this app used to be £35 and is now only £7, still expensive I know but looks the best one out there.

It's a great bit of kit and works well with cars running oem ecu's. I am using the kiwi with mine, expensive but works perfectly. But it does not work with the Scoob as running a simtek

Can anyone confirm they've got Torque working with their Classic? I have an '00 car and have used Torque (and ebay adaptor) in loads of cars fine but the impreza just isn't having it for some reason.
