Funny this post cropped up!
Guy at work has a bluetooth obd reader, he usesmit on his samsung phone with no problems. I was about to buy one but he siad to try his first so i downloaded all the free bluetooth apps on my iphone...
The iphone willmconnect with the bluetooth ones.
You need a wifi one, they start at about £15 on amazon.
Ive still not bought one lol

Looking like faulty adapters then. They weren't that cheap either. £15 and £10, the latest has a on off switch but I've since found out reading amazon reviews that the switch only knocks the bluetooth signal off.
Cheap Chinese rubbish.

Cheers, but I think I'm going to try one of the more common £6/7 jobbies thast a few folks have linked to on here. Maybe the cheaper ones are less fragile.

FOR ALL IPHONE USERS, search the App Store for DashCommand this app used to be £35 and is now only £7, still expensive I know but looks the best one out there.

It's a great bit of kit and works well with cars running oem ecu's. I am using the kiwi with mine, expensive but works perfectly. But it does not work with the Scoob as running a simtek

Can anyone confirm they've got Torque working with their Classic? I have an '00 car and have used Torque (and ebay adaptor) in loads of cars fine but the impreza just isn't having it for some reason.
