FTR, I plump for:-

2 sausages
2 unsmoked rashers
1 fried egg
Mushrooms
Tomatoes (sometimes plum, from a tin)
Black pud (sometimes)
Half slice fried bread
HP sauce
Salt
Black pepper
Half slice buttered toast
One slice bread & butter
A cuppa (sweet & strong)

Not too bothered by baked beans though - makes it a bit 'sloppy'.
They are your coronary arteries of course, but from personal experience, I can tell you that the angina caused when those arteries are becoming restricted is gutbustingly painful, thats if it doesn't kill you on the spot of course!

I'll be okay. Probably.

43 and no pains down my left side as of yet (but there's plenty of time left for that, I s'pose... ).

I have them once in a blue moon. I go through phases. None for most of the year... then, maybe, one a day for a week.

A la Pulp Fiction:-

Vincent: ...But, you know what they put on french fries in Holland instead of ketchup?
Jules: What?
Vincent: Mayonnaise.
Jules: Yuck!
Vincent: I seen 'em do it, man, they ****in' drown 'em in that ****.

BBQ sauce is just plain wrong - talk about drowning out all the taste.

If I find myself near my local Maccy's before 10.30 (which is often), I can't resist a single Saus. & Egg McMuff lol meal (w/Cappucino) and an extra hash brown.

Ulster Fry

A full Ulster Fry served in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

An Ulster Fry is a dish similar to the Irish breakfast and is popular throughout Ulster.

A traditional Ulster Fry consists of bacon rashers, eggs, sausages (either pork or beef), vegetable roll, white pudding, black pudding or lamb's kidney, fried tomato, the farl form of soda bread (the farl is split in half crossways to expose the inner bread and then fried with the exposed side down), boxty or potato bread[6] and wheaten farl. Other common components include mushrooms or pancake or beans. All this is traditionally fried; however, in recent decades, people have taken to grilling the ingredients instead.
The Ulster Fry is often served for breakfast, lunch and dinner in households and cafés around the province. Emigrants have also popularised the serving of an Ulster Fry outside Ulster.

Try using baby plum tomatoes instead of cherry toms, they have a much richer flavour when cooked

full english looks quite good, but always feel a bit sick after them

i like my porridge and protein shake lol,

however if going to have one its
1 unsmoked bacon,
2 fried eggs
1 fruit pudding
1 black pudding
1 potatoe scone
3 plum tomatoes from tin
mushrooms and small amount of beans.

never have any sausage, square or links, ive seen the total sh*te that goes in them lol (says he that loves black pudding lol)

dont like bread or anything with mine, and its all grilled, apart from the obviuos which are done in olive oil.

but my fav breakfast of late is chilli concarne, loving that just now

Just don't think about saus. 'ingredients' (inc. human spit and phlegm!) -- all I know is, "Sausages taste gooood."

But you obviously have your physique to think of.

haha i did have it to think of at one point lol,

in all honestly, i watched a tv programme which i beleive to be of absolute truth in every aspect but said, legally to be called a sausage it has to contain 15% meat?, and as long as over 5% it could be sold as a banger lol, the rest is sawdust and dog sh*t lol.

the real reason is i just dont like the taste/texture very much tbh. i can stomach 1 quality sausage, with a varient of flavours, but those cheap plastic looking things, on some of pics above make my stomach churn.

Cheapo value ones I avoid; aside from the dubious ingredients, they're pretty much tasteless anyway. Last ones I had were Tesco's 'made that day' pork & cranberry and pork & apple. Delicious.

Your bang on the mark its exactly that without bloody. Its very similar to black pudding, but does not include BLOOD. its pork meat and suet, bread, and oatmeal with seasoning.

Does it taste all but the same?

Or does the blood in black give it its distinct 'fragrant', sausagey taste - but not in the white?
