And yeah, 2 saus. patties is far too much meat - can bring on the 'meat sweats'.
Good idea. Now your making me crave one and Im doing the diet thing until May as getting married. Aaargh.

Not at all!

Cooked fine - albumen all solid... yolk lovely and runny. No snot to be seen...... or eaten.

I'd positively projectile vomit - like Mr Creosote - otherwise.

That's the price I had to pay to ensure the albumen near the yolk didn't stay 'snotty'. Everything fried in the same pan, etc. I don't mind the edges crispy anyhow.

It's not a competition.

Couldn't care less as to its 'aesthetic' - all I know is it tasted good.

Anyway, you should get back to your Rex!

Groan. Once again, it's not "marge".

It's Utterly Butterly. A perfectly acceptable - tastewise - alternative to proper butter... Plus, you can actually spread the fvcker from the fridge!

Utterly Butterly is still marg in my book. Cant beat a nice bit of Anchor and it has to be salted. Unsalted butter is the most pointless thing ever imho.

I've got used to UB and ICBINB et al. They taste more like butter than marge.

Normal butter is far too 'creamy' and salty to my tastebuds these days. That said, I still like it.

Same goes for non-skimmed, full fat milk... I've gradually weaned myself over to fully skimmed stuff. Semi's fine - esp. on cereal.

You heathen - wash your mouth out! Next you will be saying you have sweetners in your tea and opting for reduced fat sausages, low salt baked beans. You cant start a thread on fried breakfasts and then come over all healthy on us

Nah, *** artificial sweeteners and "Fat Lite" products.

The butter thing was just for practicality/lack of ballache - i.e. spreadable from the fridge.

The milk side.... can't remember? Prob. my old man (RIP) decided to have fully skimmed and I got used it.

Yeah i know what you mean with Butter. I tend to pull it out first thing to let it warm up but on bread its a nightmare. Luckily I prefer toast with my fry ups

Does it really spread straight from fridge? Does it genuinely taste of butter?

It's not dusty, it's patchy because I prefer the dull, unwaxed look. It was scrubbed to within an inch of its life . There are some fried bread crumbs on it, mind.
