Tried something a little different this weekend

2 Large Tiger Bread Slices toasted and buttered.

Add

A base of Mushrooms which have been chopped and done in garlic and butter adding a tablespoon of creme fraiche and a few shots of Worcester Sauce and stir to finish.

Lay on top of that 2 Rashers of bacon and a couple of Sausages sliced down the middle.

Garnish with a couple of tablespoons of Baked Beans which have been cooked with a teaspoon of butter and make sure the sauce thickens.

Bloody Lovely

What's so good about tiger loaf?? Isn't it like any other bread loaf? Does it taste any different just because it is called a tiger loaf?

The "Tiger" affect is created by spreading Sesame oil over the loaf, also gives it that lovely flavour

My idea of a nice fry up is some grilled kippers with good bread and butter.
If its a special occasion a poached egg on top!

I dont really like fried food all that much - tends to make me feel a bit sick an hour later. I do like a good bacon butty though.
