pretty much just bolts along the leading edge as you can see in the picture and a couple on the sides but has a bracket attached that is drilled through the spare wheel well,took a couple of hours to fit but i took my time to get it lined up correct.
only other thing was the kit came with silver bolts but i bought some black ones so you cant notice them as much. but the fit and finish of the kit is great like most ht autos stuff i have had.

i have never seen that one, looks very similar to the one i have so should fit ok as its a ht autos one.
