Hi mate.
Looking at your rolling road printout I think the flywheel figure may be out. Most use a conversion of 18% for transmission loss from flywheel to road wheel, which has been proved in other threads and tests. This would make your flywheel power 341 bhp.
Still a good result in my opinion. Sorted! Nice car!

I'm running nearly this on a classic wagon with decat (standard uppipe), panel filter and Walbro. 280/310 to be precise. Bob Rawle map. Said the box should cope all day long, not sure what the newage 5 speed is like strength wise. Depends if you launch or cane it everywhere...

How much will cost conversion from your standard box to PPG with Albin or Pfitzner gear kit,i think around is £400-£800 depends on garage
6speed is best solution on longer run and price will be lower including fitting

Decision is hard and really if your current box working and holding power,i would say don't worry so much
if you will want go with next step, bigger turbo and other upgrades in this time i would think about the box and really best is speak with someone who will built your box and who will recommend you what to do
We are from start speak with our mapper and engine builder Neil@Slowboy racing and he suggest us PPG due better ratios
