My 280bhp Bug stripped the gearbox the night before last!!! I was flooring it from some lights at the time. My engine management has come on too which is great!!! Was planning on new turbo, injectors FPR and 3 port solanoid but too scared now with a standard box (754).

Only had the WRX for 2 months, just started getting it looking how I want, plus put an STI 8 TMIC on and have a KAD big brake kit being fitted this week but I've decided to get rid of it now. It's gunna have to be an STI or nothing for me

Put my 04 WRX on the rollers on Friday just to check it!, I need a little bit of further investigation as it isnt mapped (it was checked for a map and no evidence of one ) and until I do some logging I'm happy but confused! lol

I've not taken the old one off yet but believe the standard newage (UK) is the 754. I have already got another 754 to go on and will be done this week

No mate!,when I bought it there was a Japspeed on it and deffo no blue hose!, JGM was here last week mapping cars and I got him to check it for an ecutek license or a map and it showed up as nothing!

I guessed it was more than standard and thats why I asked Simon to check it,I should have got him to log it on the road but went and got it done on Friday as it was bugging me!

I'm getting a decat fitted next week so will get a look at the turbo to check what it is!
