Usually less than 300 lb sft is "expected" on a 2 litre car from a TD04.
Go in hoping for bhp and torque to be in the reigon of 260-300 and you'll not be dissapointed, anything more is a bonus. It's likely that the peak torque will be higher than the peak bhp.

Well now all I've got to do is check my ignition bits as this is where my little issue lies ![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
Chuffing/misfiring intermittently on full boost on full load. Emails between myself and Bob have irradicated turbo surge (wrong noise and feel), spark plugs (these are now NGK PFR7B), so we think it's now the coil or HT leads which I'll check very intricately.
