Just fitted mine and been for a hmmm(gentle) drive down the road and it's still pretty cool to the touch, happy days.
It Went on alright not sure if it's meant for twinscroll as I had to make a small slit in the side to clear the actuator arm, got a bit of a smell coming off it but that's to be expected with it being new and it should wear off, will get some pics up in a bit.

Mine went on today too. It had to be cut though as a bolt on the bell housing right under the turbo meant it wouldn't go all the way round. A little snip and all was good. Not sure if this was because I had an SC42 which may sit closer to the bell housing. Anyway it's on and doing what it it's supposed to do. Pics to follow.
Early days yet but i was quite suprised after coming back in after a blast to feel it was just warm, Definately won`t transfer as much heat into the intercooler than the OEM heatshield did.

I have to say I was getting a little worried as mine hadn't arrived and I couldn't get any info with the tracking number I'd been sent.
I went on the website and found a question from the seller, answered that and it was here in no time - might be worth checking to see if you're in the same situation.
It only arrived today though.

Well got mine fitted today, what a fookin pain the heat shield is to get off, I'm sure it did'nt need all those M6 bolts
I could'nt get the springs to stop on but I cant see it falling off
bad smell off it after the first run, hopefully that will go away.

Anyone know what the hooks that are fitted to the blanket are called ?? Ive got an alternative use for them but don't know what they are called.
