If everyone only ever used paypal to buy stuff then there should be less scammers. Yeah there is a fee but if they / you can't afford this then you need to do cash on collection.

It takes 2 seconds to open an ebay item. list if for 1pence and the price you want for it as postage.. minimal ebay feeds
