Great looking car. Love the roof rail delete on these. Hav'nt got the courage (or knowledge) to do it to my modded wagon.

I'd say your about spot on the money with a bit of room for a haggle, reasonably priced for what it is, like i said in my earlier post 5k ish add a bit for rarity and low miles as well as good condition and i think it's a fair price.

I part broke my type r, and you get all sorts of idiots thinking your desperate and going to give stuff away, still getting the odd one now, for me like you it can sit in my double garage for as long as it likes, i'd sooner watch it rot than give it away.

There's a couple on this site and what looks like a Blob Wagon STI? Although it has a GGA code looks like an STI on the grill and boot

Sorry to hijack your thread fella There's a few guys up here in the north-east dropping STI lumps into blob wagons.. I've gone for modding the current engine..

STI wheel, clocks, seats and gear surround.

STI bumper, suspension, CAT, alloys + pro-drive back box..

Admittedly looks not too far from standard (have to look a bit closer for the mods) but idea is for it to eventually look like a standard STI saloon.. running 280bhp at mo but have VF35, STI injectors, 3-port, HRC pump, custom up-pipe to go on and have just fitted a wing mounted induction kit..

But yeh, still a WRX at heart!

Totally agree. I thought the STI suspension would do the job but it didn't! It's a quirk of that suspension that some of them are lower at the back than front.. Looking at coilovers but have no idea which one's to go for.. Also though those tyres on the front are completely fooked, new ones on now fill the arches quite a bit more..

I am a blobeye wagonier, therefore i know you will have to do a lot more than that before it is anything close to an STI. The seats and steering wheel just don't cut it.

Just sell and buy the STI saloon.
