Its 75p for a Mars bar from the canteen at work now
The missus bought me a Crunchie last week and i was amazed how they managed to give the bar a coating of nano-choc, the chocolate was almost none existent and it was actually bald on one end in a few places, i told her it was pointless and she might as well just buy some cheaper cinder toffee.
Big name/brand choc is not worth it IMO, you can buy 100g of Aldi Milk chocolate for 30p and tbh its not that bad, now that i think about it, i might try melting some and dipping cinder toffee into it
I think a 200g bar of Aldi choc with hazelnuts in it is around £1.19 and IMO tastes FAR nicer.
Lidl do a white choc one with bits of strawberry in and its OMM NOMM.

Surely people will simply stop buying snack bars eventually due to the sizing. It's almost not worth bothering with them right now as they're so small. Or just buy two and spend a lot more!
I'll give it another 10yrs before most of the popular bars are either wiped out or factories close due to high raw ingredient cost/small product demand.
We'll all benefit as chocolate is bad for us (sex is better!), and it'll help stop us farting too.

I can fit a whole wagon wheel in my mouth! That shows how small they have got.. Think I can push for two.. PIC? lol
Maybe they havn't shrunk and that i'm just bigger?
The original factory in Slough produced the biscuit with crinkled edges and corn cobbs rather than the updated smoother edges. This caused the overall diameter of the biscuit to shrink slightly, but not as much as fans of the biscuit believe.[citation needed]
Also, although the UK Wagon Wheel has barely shrunk, it is still noticeably smaller than the Australian equivalent. As of 2006 the diameter of the Australian version is measured at 88 mm which is 14 mm larger than the UK version, while the UK Wagon Wheel is notably thicker by 4 mm.[1]
As of 2006, the Canadian Wagon Wheel measured 67mm x 18mm.[1]
As of July 2010, the Canadian Wagon Wheel measures 65mm x 16mm. Note the diameter of the marshmallow middle is smaller than the top and bottom wafer diameters.[citation needed]

normal mars bars cost about 50 - 60p, the double one's cost about 70 - 80p, the double one's aren't 2 normal one's... are they ?? all I know is that they are right size for munching on when driving home from tesco's
I remember when they used to cost 15p and where massive, one day I eat 3 of them and felt sick for the rest of the day
