The ones I know have all been stripped, Ceri`s one is now a shell, she stripped it. Nathans stripped ages ago, was talk of building one of the two shells, but nothing since. Only Jeremy`s and thats not much over 400bhp.

Think bluerigster's is fairly high specced...
There a guy from south wales having one built by Norris Designs at the moment that should do over 750bhp

My car is all set and driving well so I’m really looking forward to the rolling road day, hopefully we’ll see some more interest from the other car forums.![Smile](images/smilies/smile.gif)
I’ll be nursing the car with extra mechanical sympathy up to then to ensure I don’t suffer any breakages, as I’m already paranoid I can hear the dreaded transfer box starting to cry mercy!
Dean what turbo did you decide on in the end?

I would have thought with all the "high horsepower" vehicles in the area would have liked a shoot-out, a bit of banter, and a something to do.
But everyone seems to want to hide, perhaps they aren`t what they say they are??
Tbh the way its going I`ll have to cancel, which is a shame. Seems unless its a Toby Carvery no-one wants to go.

Don't take this the wrong way but in your original thread you mentioned having awards and then a mickey take on the car that was far away from its expected figure.
TBH you aren't exactly going to make it popular if there's a public humiliation at the end of it for someone, it would be bad enough not making your expectations and then to have the p1$$ taken out of you as well.
Putting any car on a dyno is a risk and perhaps for some less is more.
ps I would have gone if if had been in May which was my preference, but as I've been waiting for nigh on 3 weeks for a return phone call from Indigo GT to order some Volks centre caps I think I'll be taking mine to Powerstation.

I've no interest in power runs, I had one done a while back and since no changes have been made to the car there is no point.
I'm more than happy with how the cars running and in any case I never put my name down in the first place so it might be worth chasing all the names that previously showed interest.

Sorry guys due to the total lack of wanting to do anything with the people here, unless its a Carvery, the rolling road is not going ahead. Try and do something different for us to do, and only a small handful are up for it.
I`ll not contact Ryan until tomorrow so if we do get some miraculous beam of light appearing from above, and an exodus of people who are up for it then it can still happen. But I`ll not hold my breathe.

You take things way to seriously, and there is having a laugh and public humiliation. Last time I organised a r/r day the "booby" prize was a set of L plates, given to the guy who said "I have 300bhp" we all knew it was more like 150, and when it made 120bhp as he was a tool he knew he was getting them, but was a laugh instead of a ritualised humiliation
The booby prize thing doesn't bother me in the slightest if you want my opinion, but you will always get people who put their name down and drop out for various reasons.
I've organised various runs, etc and you only have to look at the Richard Burns Day at Prodrive and the Colin McRae Weekender so see the take-up rates on 'firm' bookings. You can't change human nature or take into account lady minute hitches.
Now stop wallowing in self pity.

I was trying to let you know by stealth and subtlety what has been said to me by other members who have spoken to me about this matter.

There is self pity and there is pi$$ed off frustration, I`m more annoyed about my lack of a Scooby and that saga tbh, least said about it the better.
