Tell him he's a marked man and you're going to run him out of his job and torch his house.

That should do it.

It is not a nice thing to happen to anyone.

In some case yes it is a good idea to speak to you're manager
About it or go to human resources and tell them.

But TBH the best thing in my experience is to stand up for yourself verbally
If you don't there is a chance it will keep happening.
At presant my work has taken on trainees and one of them is struggling to learn
As quickly as the others as my line of work is very technical and very hands on.
The other guys in the company have been giving the guy a hard time and calling
Him names like " king of the mongs " and " clunk "

LMFAO!?!

You should hear some of the banter in our place.

I call one of the lads "Super Mong" and i like to whistle the superman tune when he messes up, although its hard to whistle when you start laughing.

Is that classed as bullying?

Last week i started calling him "number one ultimate bozo"

Thats just banter, no bullying involved, everybody gets it at work, some people need to man up and stop winging IMHO

I had one idiot complain to my team leader that i was making duck noises FFS

The guy must of been Quackers to complain

I like good banter at work as long as its just messing around lol

I work in a offshore engineering company and I sent one of the
Trainee's to the stores to ask for a 2 inch ringpiece Podger and a tub of grease.
And when I was offshore I had one of the trainees at the corner of the oilrig
Whith a plastic tube collecting fog samples.

Also I was offshore with a trainee and I asked to see his tally book
To see what info other people had given him about our job
And I seen my mates had told him the following were vital peices of equipment needed for the job.

1.box of buff sparks
2. A standalone
3. Level bubbles
4. Sky hooks

Were just a few to mention lol
It's all just friendly banter but also very amusing

See those things on the end of your legs, they are called feet, you have two of them, learn to stand on them!!!!

first your girlfrind buggers off and dumps her cars on ya, and tries to wipe your eye over a mobile phone contract - https://www.scoobynet.com/non-scooby...d-trouble.html

Then your super sperm impregnates your new girlfriend - https://www.scoobynet.com/non-scooby...king-news.html

This month's tale of woe being someone picking on you at work....

Maybe you are a serial bull****ter and the other bloke sees right though you, maybe you are a little bit gullible and he sees you as an easy wind up, maybe you have relayed the same tales to him and from these he has formed the opinion he has.

Confront him, tell him you want him to modify his behaviour, ask him what his problem is, and keep notes in your diary. From my perspective it's just banter, but it depends on how it makes you feel and how you perceive it.

Good luck with it....

The member of staff is now being investigated as other members of staff have complained as well. I do stanfd on my own legs but whats the harm in asking for some outside advice. Aint that what forums are for?

Im no bull****ter for a start mate. The previous threads was genuine situations that i was stuck with.

The super sperm as you say it is was al bull**** from her anyway.

The mobile contract i paid it off so as she dosent have anything against me. I dumped her cars on the road and informed the council and my ex herself

cheers tho

My opinion if this thread.

You come in here just looking for someone to back you up and say its ok to go and complain Si you'll feel better about it.

You come on here looking for 'advice', most tell you to ignore if possible and you choose not to accept the advice

Good luck and I wonder why you run in to trouble at every corner

My wifes brother is currently on some tribunal for being bullied at work. The banter referred to above is heavy stuff compared to what he is complaining about. He is one of those types that after a week in any job he is an expert and within 2 weeks he is being promoted to director and usually by week 4 he is out and it is everyone else at fault.

Worked in the council and talked all this rubbish and then left over bullying. Said his manager locked him in a cupboard. Last job he got on recommendation from another family member a.nd he starts telling them how to do their job in week 2. They all start calling him Doris or something and he gets the hump, confronts the manager who just laughed at him and now he is on the sick with stress due to bullying.

At least on the sick he gets legal aid to fight yet another one of the council house skanks he has impregnated for access.

I would say it is a complete waste of time having any kind of discussion with the man in question. He will do his best to use that as an excuse to create more trouble if he thinks it is possible.

You should go to your next in authority and tell him what is happening...in writing if necessary.

You are the person who is being wronged!
