Real Bargain?

Kas a few years back a mate was looking at Integra DC5s, we stopped at Keighly on our way up north to view a few cars, every car they had indoors was a right dog, must've been 30+ odd cars, mismatched paintwork, chunks of filler hanging from the inner wings that could be seen when looking behind the wings with the doors open, overspray, misaligned panels, interior wear and tear not fitting the mileage displayed etc etc... didn't get as far as inspecting the mechanicals/test drives lol there was a R34 skyline in there wid a 30k+ price tag that looked a right mess... Before you make the journey up there i recommend you try and get someone nearby to pop in and have a butchers!

I believe this dealership was caught clocking cars a few years back, find it hard to believe they are still trading to be honest.
Wasn't it a 22B they reduced the miles on, I can't remember.

That looks like the same JDM Ver 10 Sti (with those stupid stickers) that was on Ebay/Pistonheads approx 8 months ago. It was being sold by a bloke who worked in a hand car wash up north somewhere IIRC. He had it up for approx £13k to £14k & was an awful advert back then!

It's amazing, I didn't even know that place existed until I went today. Took me a while to find it, but I have been past it thousands of times.
I only had a quick look at the car, as that's all it took to put me off to be honest. First thing I noticed was the drivers side wing was obviously a replacement. The colour match and the fit was very poor. You could see that part of the plastic liner was missing where the wing meets the front panel. On the other side, the plastic liner was loose. The front panel was very loose, and didn't fit properly where it meets the replacement wing. Also the rear discs were shot.
Didn't bother looking any more, it just didn't look right. In fact I had a walk round all the stock, and there are some seriously expensive cars there. But the whole thing just looked very dodgy to me, and I won't be going again.

Agree'd. Had a mate look at it and it has been driven through a grave yard. The engine bay was awful aswell.
Too good to be true. We did make a offer of 5k though lol.

I couldn't see the back of the car properly, as it was backed up to a wall. But I can't see the point of buying damaged performance cars, but then bodging the repair work. Such a shame when a classic car is ruined.
