With 5k budget you can have R26,which have plus LSD,better seats(Recaro) and few other mods

You will get a mk1 focus rs between 6 and 7k, but think anything about 5k is going to be a bit rough, I have been a ford man all my driving life, almost bought a focus mk1 rs but test drove a sti prodrive style and realised I was about to make a mistake, it was a good 3k more than the sti and after driving both felt I needed a change. But then they are still good cars and cheaper to insure and run than an sti, I could literally half my insurance if I had a focus and insured through rs owners club.

Once you've got it how much will you charge for short-back and sides?
